I am a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach passionate about delivering the best results to people!
I have always been interested in fitness since young age, as back home
in Italy I used to practice a martial art used for self defense called Krav Maga.
Then I moved to UK so I found it hard to pursue with this sport hence
why I started exercising outdoors and at the gym. This is what really
helped me get back in shape after having my first child. During my first pregnancy I gained so much weight and through regular exercise and balanced diet, I lost all the mama weight, going from size 14 to size 6!
So I thought “if I did it, everyone can!“. This inspired me to get qualified and start my career and here I am now ready to guide YOU!
Thanks to technology nowadays we have unlimited access to all sorts of content and as much as you can find good information, more often than not, a lot of it is unfounded.
I too was overwhelmed by the many contradicting informations found online and tried many diet trends hoping to find one that worked.
The problem is that diets and workout trends cannot work unless you stick to these FOREVER, so in order to be able to have permanent long lasting results, you need to find a way improve your lifestyle that is SUSTAINABLE, ENJOYABLE and suits YOUR NEEDS.
I can help you get there because I was that overwhelmed girl once and now as a working mom of two, I know how hard it is to find the right fit for your lifestyle, especially if you are having to juggle full time work with family and workout.
Let me tell you my mistakes now.
When I started my career as a fitness professional, nearly a decade ago, I was a cardio bunny who ate very few calories, as at the time the low carb diets and HIIT workouts were the trend.


I qualified as Zumba instructor and all I did was basically different forms of cardio with little to no weight training and no rest .Loved it, don’t get me wrong, it’s what got me started but not exactly the healthiest way forwards .
I expanded my knowledge through books and podcasts and understood
that if I wanted to keep doing this for ever, I had to do it the right way
and with no shortcuts, yo-yo diets and workout trends.
I started strength training and feeding my body the right amount of food, which was way more then it used to be when I only "ate healthy" and my body changed completely, so much so that I wanted to push it to the next level and compete in a bodybuilding competition (ah and if I may I was already a mom by this point).
I became very lean and I was only a couple of weeks away from the date of the competition but then I decided no to go ahead with it as I was going through a very difficult phase of my personal life and I had to shift my priorities.
After getting my life back together I learned that my body, like my life, could and did change for all different reasons, some were planned and some weren’t, however I learned to be patient, kind and compassionate to myself and weight lifting taught me that through CONSISTENCY and DISCIPLINE, I could really change for the better and not only physically .
I recently became a mom for the second time and trust me I know how not easy is to find time to shower, let alone to exercise!
But If I manage with two kids, job and study, so do you .
Let me teach you how you can prioritize YOU again.
I will educate you and guide you through my knowledge and expertise's to build a good relationship with fitness and nutrition, because they do go hand in hand .
