My aim is to work with you to create a personalised workout and nutrition plan that meets your needs and fits your busy schedule as a mum.

I’ll help you focus on rebuilding your core strength, shaping your body, and improving your relationship with food and your overall metal and physical health. 

I understand that becoming a new mum can be a challenging time, both physically and emotionally, also giving birth

you might find it hard to join your local gym and start training again as most of the gyms nowadays don’t have a crèche or the ones that do are very expensive and far away.

 

Training with me will allow you to be as flexible as you want as you can bring your bundle of joy with you, without having to pay for childcare or arranging any before your workout .
